It is interesting to know that chennai traffic police have suggested an idea of having traffic holiday. This seems to be good suggestion for the time being until the government takes some actions regarding building flyovers and other traffic arrangements to counteract the growing traffic population!!!in the city.
It may be hard for the working parents to handle the situation but shift system in workplaces can support the parents organising their work and family like most of the western countries.(If you have inlaws/parents staying with you or nearby don't have to worry!)
I would love to come back to my lovely Chennai if the traffic is regulated.
